If you are a Festival Event organiser, the Romsey Festival committee will collect, with your permission, personal data which could include name, postal and/or email addresses, contact telephone numbers, website/social media addresses for the sole purpose of organising and promoting the 2020 Romsey Festival. These details will be available to members of the Romsey Festival committee for this purpose only and will not be shared with third parties. The Romsey Festival committee will need to hold this data until end of 2020 to allow completion of Romsey Festival 2020 activities; at which point participants and venue contacts will be contacted to determine if they wish to be involved in the next Romsey Festival.
You may withdraw your consent for your data to be held by the Romsey Festival committee at any time.
