Join Bev for a peaceful morning of Qigong – an ancient Chinese practice of gentle, flowing movements, similar to Tai Chi – set in the tranquillity of the Gardens. Reconnect with your body and nature in a calming group setting. The session includes grounding movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation to help you unwind and recharge. Suitable for all abilities.
Please bring a yoga mat and anything to support comfort in relaxation.
