Romsey Choral Society and City of Southampton Orchestra are performing a joint concert as part of the Romsey Festival.
The summer concert takes place on July 1 in Romsey Abbey, starting at 7.30pm.
The choir shall be singing Dame Ethel Smyth’s ‘Mass in D’ which was composed in 1891.
The performance features soprano Emma Tring, mezzo-soprano Jessica Gillingwater, tenor Peter Davoren and baritone Jamie Hall, under conductor Richard Pearce.
This will be followed by a performance of Beethoven’s 8th Symphony by the City of Southampton Orchestra.
