4 mile walk around some of Romsey’s waterways and Fishlake Meadows nature reserve, with an opportunity to learn about their history and natural environment.
The 4 mile walk will leave from outside the Old Magistrates Court, (across the road from the Visitor Information Centre) pass through King John’s garden and amble along the Barge Canal up to the Fishlake Meadows nature reserve.
The return walk takes in the Test Mill Stream at Priestlands, passing by the Abbey and Abbey Water to finish in the Market Place. This walk will cover some of the local history and the environmental aspects of the waterways and nature reserve.
